On May 29, the MFC2026 China Sheet Metal Industry Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development Forum & Sheet Metal AI Intelligence and Big Data Cabinet & Power Cabinet Production Forum was held at Wuxi Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College. One company shared its practical experience in building digital sheet metal factories and selecting core software. Its self-developed bending center system has been iterated to the sixth generation, with over 300 patents, supporting remote debugging and automatic programming, thereby reducing reliance on highly skilled operators.

Another company presented application cases of digital sheet metal manufacturing combined with AI big data computing centers, and explored intelligent alternatives in certain production processes.

Several enterprises gave specialized presentations on environmental requirements for sheet metal painting, spray process optimization, and integrated solutions for green governance.

During the event, company representatives exchanged insights with various participating enterprises on practical implementation issues, including automation retrofitting of old workshops, changeover efficiency of programming-free bending, and teaching-free application of welding robots.
